The Executive Assistants job is to support the many different spheres of responsibility of the Gries Agency. The job requires excellent organizational and administration skills and a cooperative servant spirit. Their support will apply to insurance business, investment real estate, Gries Family Charity, and personal organizations. This is a 30 hour a week, part time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General business support as assigned
- Meeting Support- preparing documents and presentations and follow up actions
- Handling confidential information
- Responding to emails on behalf of executive
- Coordinating Calendar and arranging logistics for travel
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped with office supplies, business cards
- New employee set up
- Managing expense reports and commission reports for employees
- Investment Property Management- Schedule repairs and Maintenace- Process payments
- Personal and Business errands
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive in problem-solving
